Styled Photo Shoot and Event Loan Request Form

Thank you so much for considering us as a partner for your upcoming styled shoot and special event. We enjoy contributing to area vendors and publications to create amazing styled shoots and special events . Our rental items are available for your photo shoots and events when not currently out for client rentals. In return for the complimentary use of our rental items, we require the following agreement be reviewed, completed and fulfilled. Please submit your requests as early as possible prior to your event so that we may prepare items for you.
